Mpho previously worked for Gold Fields in the Corporate Affairs Department for seven years, specialising in event management, corporate gift solutions, content development and stakeholder engagement. Her flair for working with visual materials and creative eye has since seen her working in broadcast, travel and tourism, marketing research and advertising industries. She has experience in 365 business development, website design, digital communications and project management.
Thomas has had extensive background in Strategic Communications and designing Business-to-business communications solutions for clients in the UK and South Africa. He leads the Aprio Digital team in developing integrated strategies, supported by strong thought leadership, that get brands in front of the audiences, influencers and decision-makers that matter most to them.
Mark studied Fine Art and Graphics in the United Kingdom before emigrating to South Africa, where he spent 30 years in magazine publishing (print and digital). This included 18 years at Ramsay Media where he became head of sales and marketing for CAR magazine and a member of the company’s executive committee. After leaving Ramsay in 2007 Mark launched Rugby World magazine with Insight Media, then entered the mining industry as a project manager in 2009, followed by a stint with a global advertising agency. Mark launched his own content marketing agency, Bark Content Marketing, in 2016.
Ritz is Aprio’s resident creative spark. Having been schooled in the performing arts, Ritz went on to study web and graphic design, social-media management, software development and 3D animation. Ritz has been with Aprio since its inception, handling the company’s social media management and in-house design needs – a role that has grown considerably, both as Aprio has grown and given the explosion in social media and the emergence of new communications platforms.
